Does this seem like a decent deal?

After years of sharing "my" computer with BI, I'm thinking about separating the two. Does this one seem decent? I realize that there is no SSD. I would add the storage HD from my computer to the one I buy...

For reference, my current computer is an i7-3770 running 15 1080P cams at 10FPS maxes BI at approximately 35% CPU (I'd prefer them to be at 15FPS, but as this is also my daily computer, it bumps the CPU usage up higher than I'm happy with)...

FYI - I've heard you maybe able to find i7-4790 systems for cheaper than i7-4770 systems - so I would do a check and see what you can find there. ( i7-4790 is a bit better than an i7-4770 )

Ah, ok thanks... I've been looking on and off lately and haven't seen the 4790 with OS, etc, that beat this deal. Obviously, by you posting this, it's out there. Just have to keep looking...

Just to more or less close up my thread, I ended up getting just about exactly what I have now in my computer for $149... The difference will be that the machine I bought will ONLY do BI and none of my daily crap. Presuming that there are no issues with it (since it's obviously used), it'll do for my needs...
