If you notice the dog's tail, it seemed very happy carrying that ball, but the moment the guy took the ball and kicked it down the hill, the dog's tail stopped wagging. Recorded with a Huisun Mini Bullet PTZ camera.

That's just wrong.

Wow BTW that and the people pissing in your yard...seems like you have some real A-hole white trash living around your area.

I wonder what the odds are that it was his ball to start with? I bet a girl in your neighourhood lost her ball that day.

You are right. It wasn't their ball. They walked up from below the hill about a half hour earlier. Here is a snapshot. The dog is not carrying the ball. Looks like the dog found it somewhere up that street.

So... the dog unknowingly stole the ball.
The dogs master, sent it back, at least in the general direction.
This would explain the dogs visual disappointment in seeing it returned.

This might just restore my faith in humanity.

Or not. :peaceful:

Jerks. Sometimes it doesn't pay to know what people are like in your neighborhood. Other times they're great. I had one lady whose dog leash knocked over a floodlight I had set on the ground near the curb to light up my house over the holidays. She put it back and knocked on my door to let me know what happened and that she wasn't sure if she got the aim right. Everybody should be like that.

The guy kicked the ball in the opposite direction (down the hill) of where it was found (up the hill). :D

I stand corrected... Misunderstood, and befuddled.
(that's what I get for giving them the benefit of the doubt).

Faith in humanity is now back on edge.
