Dormancy Time - What is it?

Probably a time out before it alerts you to motion again or how long it waits before going into a power saving mode
 
I guess it's the second.
If I press "never" it gets me a message "your batteries will be exhausted soon".

By the way, it's a chinese camera.
You can't expect too much, but for 20 Euros that costs, it's more than perfect.
