Double notifications on DMSS

Hello,

Last night I had a spider crawling across one of my cameras that was setting it off. So I went into dmss so I could turn off the notifications for that camera. However when I got in there, I noticed all the notifications under the "multi channel alarm subscription" were actually turned off. And I don't remember ever turning them off. So I don't even know how I was getting push notifications if they were off. Anyhow, I went in and enabled the notifications for intrusion alarm and tripwire alarm for the cameras I want. However now I get doubles of all the notifications (picture attached). How can I stop this?

P.S. i realize one method is just to turn off the notifications I just enabled, however I still want to control the notifications that I receive. So that won't fix my issue.

I am having the same issue... deleting the app and reinstalling doesn't solve it. Kinda annoying tbh...
 
I don't remember exactly what i had to do. But I believe logging out, deleting the app, and reinstalling actually worked for me.
 
I did this on both my phone and tablet and still get the double notifications... I'll research this / will ping Dahua directly.
 
I think I may have figured out this issue for me, it had nothing to do with DMSS. I saw that this was only happening on some of my cameras where I had the intrusion box and the messages were 1 second apart, I think what is happening is that when the line is far away from the camera and the person enters the intrusion box for whatever reason the NVR/Camera thinks the person is entering and leaving the line (A<->B) and hence the double notification that differs by 1 second. I changed all those to Tripwire and it seems to have fixed the issue.
