double recording

hello,
i have two nvr's and on both i have a serious issue, they both set to record continuously, but i found that they both also record events pictures and videos, this takes a lot of space. the issue is for some cameras.
hikvision support didn't help so far, i told them that i think it is a software bug.

Check that you don't inadvertently have Image capture enabled.

More likely a misconfiguration, in my view.

it is disabled. for all cameras. i am sure it is a serious issue in hikvision nvr's
