Downgrading Lorex E892DD firmware

Hi,
I'm new to the forum and wanted to know if there is a way to downgrade the firmware of the Lorex E892DD. I found a "newer" firmware on this forum V2.800.00LR000.11.R.220707 and installed it and it seems to have added Dahua info to the NVR GUI. I would like to downgrade to the original V2.800.00LR000.8.R.2020-07-24.

Hello and welcome to the Forum!! You will need to contact Lorex tech support to get the latest firmware file for your NVR unless you can find it posted online somewhere, but don't tell them what you did otherwise they'll quickly be done with you. Just be aware that most manufacturers don't support backwards compatibility when installing firmware updates because bad things can happen and stuff breaks. Here is a link to the Lorex firmware update information, but there are no firmware files to download, so you have to call them.
