download file from smart PSS

I tried to down load a video clip in smart PSS. the video is within an alert on the timeline. I tried several times to download and after a few seconds I get an error message. I can download any video clip not involving a portion of an alert on the timeline? any suggestions thanks for any help

I am using a Mac book computer for viewing

The latest version of SmartPSS Lite has a bug
You can try and find the older good version online

OK so here's where I'm at so far. Still more to do..so standby.

First its helpful to understand that the Dahua NVR treats Regular, Motion, IVS recordings as separate video clips that it splices together
When you look at a timeline with "ALL" recordings, you'll see a green line (Regular) with colored hash marks designating Motion, IVS, etc
These are separate clips being spliced in effectively real-time

I can down load a video clip when it is a motion detection event, however I can not download a IVS triggrerd event

Right. Like I said...

So find the better version of SmartPSS Lite or use the method I show in the video (at 1:52) and take an extra 60 seconds to download the clip
