Hi,

Is there a way to download recorded pictures in iVMS-4200 client software?
If yes, where/how?

Regards
Peter

There are two ways that I know of. There may be more. One of the following ways only applies to "event photos" and not "timed photos". The other should apply to both.

You must have some kind of "event" configured on the camera and the event must be set to "Notify Surveillance Center" (iVMS-4200). Once you have set this up you should be getting events appearing in the "Alarm Event" module. If this is the case then you can download the event photos from either of the following methods.
  1. Open the "Log Search" module, search the log and then filter it by "Alarm Log". From there you can tick the box for each event photo you want to download, then click "Export Picture" when you're ready.
  2. Go into the "Device Management" module and choose the camera you want to download photo from. Click "Remote Configuration" then expland the "Storage" group on the left. Click on "File" then click the "Capture Picture" radio button. From there you can search the cameras "local" storage for either "event" photos or "timed" photos.
