Download Videos from SD Card (FIRMWARE BUG?)

Hey all.

I have a Huisun V1 PTZ Bullet Camera. After recording i am now trying to download the videos from the Camera to my Pc.
The problem is that the Camera stopps downloading after 55%.

I tried it with IE and Firefox. I also put SD Card into my computer but its in RAW format.
If i playback the video it will also stop in the middle. If i playback behind this 55% the rest will be playbacked.

You know a trick how to download the full video from the card?

I could recover the Files from SD. I used the application "Recuva" for that. Now i have Files without an ending. How can i extract those files to a video format?
