Driver Does A Couple of Burnouts

When I first saw the smoke in the street I thought a car was on fire. Later, when I played back the video I realized it was a driver doing burnouts.

What a complete knob head, stops in the middle of what looks like a busy road and does a wheel spin?

I used to do burnouts in my Mustang GT, but i never did it on a busy road. I always buy used tires for my Mustang, they are abut 30 bucks each. This is what teens do with their friends in the car.

Looks like he wanted to get the last bit of good out of his tires before he put new ones on.
Or he had his girlfriend in the vehicle.
