i updated my cameras to wrog firmware and smart events doesnt work.How can i update true firmware i cant update anymore to 5.5.89_210429 via web browser

What series firmware did you use? Maybe G0 series?
The firmware version property suggests it uses E8 firmware, such as from here :

i use this version DS-2CD1743G0-I(Z) - Value Series - Hikvision im not sure what is it just search on google then download it and updated.Should i use your link to updated true version?My lens is 2.7-13.5mm, it can be a problem ?

I cant update to your link's version i got this error "The version of upgrade file mismatches."

That's a pity.
Maybe it's the downgrade block stopping the update. The linked E8 firmware has a much lower version number.

I believe you will need to manually flash camera with uart port. Because hikvision does version checks that blocks downgrading from certain firmwares.

But be aware, this might lead to camera brick.
