DS-2CD2032-I need to be power off and on each 2 weeks

Hello,
I've got a DS-2CD2032-I (08/2014) at the begin I had a firmware 5.2.0 140721. I put a 5.25 English firmware. The camera is connected to a POE switch
The problem i've got is that I should power off and several minutes after power on my camera, I'f I'm not doing this, after 2 weeks the camera is working (Infra red is on), but I can not connect to it to my phone and can't be access by my computer.

I tried to change the cable, the connector on the POe switch, I still have the problem.
I've got 2 others cameras that do not have the problem.

If someone have an idea.

I have the same problem too!

I had a similar problem years ago. My two Hik cameras would stop working, but my lower-power Dahua would continue recording fine. I purchased a different single-port injector and moved a Hik to it. After that only one Hik would stop working - the one on the old injector.

Turned out to be a power delivery issue. I suggest trying a different PoE supply.
