DS-2CD2032-I + xprotect milestone Sub flux = Black Screen

Hello,

Thanks to Networkcameracritics, i tried the milestone xprotect go. Really nice software !

But i did not succeed to get the image for my Hikvision DS-2CD2032-I using the Sub flux. I have a black image....(it is ok with the Full hd main flux)

I have the last firmware for the cam and the last codec driver for milestone.

Is it a problem of my cam or the software ?

Flux? You mean Main stream and sub-stream? The sub-stream is black; the main stream works?

Check viewing the sub-stream by logging into camera settings directly with an internet browser (whatever this shows, should be shown in xprotect)
Check that you are using the latest camera pack for xprotect.
Go check the settings for the sub-stream.

thank you. But i already did that... Main stream is ok. Sub is not. I have the last camera pack ect...Maybe i have a bad config in the sub stream. If someone got one working, i have an interest !
