Mini dome has barely any IR leds that's why! I was just going to blame Hikvision for being crap on their website again, but this time they look right!

Thnks, what about Wide Dyn range? one says just 120db, the other digital 120db

I can't see that but they both say 120db WDR. They are both 120db True WDR, that's what the WD bit means.

I have the DS-2CD2542FWD-IS, I wouldn't recommend the DS-2CD2532F-I as the low-light image is absolute rubbish in comparison. (DS-2CD2522FWD-IS will be good too).
