Hi all,
According to the official PDF for the DS-2CD2142FWD, it states that the Operating Temperature for this camera is -30C to 60C.

Yet every time the temp goes down to below 9C - the camera image gets blocky & colour bloat. Attached is a screenshot from my Blueirus (cropped due to privacy).
However, if I restart the camera, it goes away and back to normal but only when outside is warmed up....
Does anyone know why this happens and does it mean the camera is faulty? The camera is connected over PoE to TP-LINK TL-SG1008P.
Thanks.
