i have a DS-2CD2332-I that is 2-3 years old now, running V5.2.5 build 141201.
it has always been used in a spot where theres always light and never needed to be switched into night mode.
now i have moved it to another location that requires night mode and it doesnt seem to work, it wont switch to night mode, even when i say to do it in the config menu.
when i start he camera up the IR LED comes on for half a minute or so then goes off, once in a while it might switch on and turn to night mode for about 5 seconds then back to day mode again, so the IR LED works and the ir cut filter works, what is going on with it??
