Eh? Just login to the camera with a web browser (Firefox) and go to configuration on the top-right. All the option are in that tab.

Not through the NVR, you need to log into the camera directly.

Firstly, try this Network -> Advanced Settings -> Other -> Enable Virtual Host (check this) and reboot

H.264+ is a more advanced codec of H.264 of Hikvision's. Turn it on to save some HDD space and may improve quality a little.

Easy fix, leave it turned off. You need v3.3.4 on your NVR and it has to be the later Nx-Ex models not the obsolete Nx-SE models.
