Hello, i'm new to this site and also new to ip cameras. I just recently bought two DS-2CD2432F-IW cameras from amazon and successfully set them up, but can't seem to get them to record on my micro SD cards. I am using a 64gb samsung sd card. When i first inserted the card and plugged in the power, the alarm was going off. I formatted the card under "storage management" and the alarm went away. I checked off " Enable Record Schedule" under "Record Schedule" and edited the schedule to continuous recording for everyday of the week. In the "storage management" tab, i checked the box that's showing my SD card and saved the settings. But whenever i go back into "storage management" that box is unchecked. Both cameras act the same way. Hope someone can help. Thanks.
