Why it can happens?
We use Dlink-1018mp with 246.4 watts poe budget
7 cameras connected to this swithc and only this have such proiblems each 5-7 minutes

Why it can happens?

It might just be crashing.
I'd try some minor updates to the firmware - there have been lots of bugfixes in the G1 series.
