Hi all,

I hope you can help me with my issue. I am having a brand new DS-2CD2446G2-I cam to monitor my entrance with motion detection enabled (no other smart detection features are enabled).
I configured a NAS savepoint and it works realy well in terms of that it only records when there is a motion detected.

My issue is that the cam, after it detected it's first motion never pushes an "IsMotion: false" event using ONVIF. I use the ONVIF device manager to track the events and I can see that only events with "IsMotion: true" are generated but never falls back to false which gives me problems in integrating that kind of alarm in my home-assistant installation. I am using the latest available firmware. I already set the detection sensitivty down to 20 to see if 60 was to sensitive ... no luck with that.

Any hints or ideas what I can do?

Sorry but I dont understand what a (C) variant of the camera is. I searched for actual Hikvision firmware for the cam and that was the "only one" I was able to find. Is it a wrong one?

The (C) variant has been manufactured with slightly different hardware due to chip shortages.
But, based on the Firmware version properties in your screenshot, you've installed the correct version of firmware, G5.
