DS-2CD2532F-IS - can not detect after reset (via button)

\i have a DS-2CD2532F-IS (connected to a poe switch )which had been blocked due to password(not sure why). I reset it via the button on the camera. Now I cant see the camera on SADP - or my network (eg checking online devices on network).

It is a Chinese one.

when I plug it into switch I do see poe light come on.

Any ideas?

Here is some general information...

Based on the HikVision documentation after a reset the camera (DS-2CD2532F-IS) has:
- Default IP address - 192.0.0.64
- Default user name - admin
- Default password - 12345
