DS-2CD2532F Suddenly stopped Working

I installed a 2CD2532F last weekend and it has been working fine up until this evening. I can no longer connect to it - It appears in SADP for a while then disappears. It will then reappear, and again disappear. I can not log in or access the camera.

Any clues or thoughts. Its runnng V.5.2.3 bui 141024
 
Update. I carried out a reset and it still kept on rebooting. Removed SD card, and now appears ok.

I this a knwn issue?

I havent seen that..make sure you format the card and that the card is not a fake...where did you purchase the card?
 
it was a kingston 16G class 10 i had spare from an old phone. I did format it as soon as i inserted it and it worked fine up until today.

Just to check, i re-inserrted the card, rebooted and it started boot looping.
