DS-2CD2542FWD : blurry during movements

Hi

fantastic camera but I see a little blurry during movements of objects/people.
I use daylight and led light on the night (no onboard infrared).
Which commands on configuration I must change for improve details of people during their movements?

On video settings I already set "smoothing" to "clear" and Iso is set 1/25

adding more light or switching it to B&W mode I suspect; post up some caps

increase shutter speed to at least 1/60, mebe 1/120.. but image will get darker as a result.

ps: that camera is mounted way to high, if you want to get faces u need to lower it.

Ok I will try.
Position of camera is a little high, I know... is for estetical purpose and vandal protection.

I'm interested to video quality optimization;
In your opinion, which is best settings for video quality/playback transfer rate (disk space for now is not a problem)?
4mpx 12fps or 2mpx 25fps? hdr or hdr+? main or high profile?
How do you set DNR ?
