I have DS-2CD3132F-IWS but No sound with microphone. Can somebody help me? I treid all kind of settings in the Audio settings.
Firmware : V5.3.0 build 150814

The icon on the left corners stays red.

in the cameras video settings make sure it set to video and audio..not just video.
