ds-2cd3345-I firmware bug and h265 not work

I have purchased from aliexp 2 cam ds-2cd3345-I, a 4mm and a 2.8mm.
The cam 2.8mm has firmware 5.3.6 build 151103
The cam 4mm has firmware 5.3.6 build 151221

the cam to 4MM has a problem, if I change resolution to the cam I have a error, if I change some values to the cam I have a error. I believe that the firmware is corrupt.
The cam to 2.8mm works perfectly

I purchased from another seller ever 4mm equal cam and I have the same problem.
Have you ever?
Is there a way to extract the firmware from 2.8mm and put in a 4mm cam?

Another problem I have with these new cam is that h265 not work on my ds-7604NI-e1/4p with firmware 3.4.2 but h264 work perfectly.
I set the cam with the same password nvr, I set the cam ip 192.168.254.16,
I connected the cam on output poe port to nvr,
I added the cam manually and it works.
if I set h264 works perfectly, if i set H265 says "unsupported type stream"

I don't think that nvr supports h265, just h264+

Not sure what the difference is but h265 is much more common in China so to use it, it's better to have a Chinese nvr.

I have a 4mm camera (2135 which is same type if not exact same model) firmware 5.3.6 build 151221 and I don't have that problem.

Have you tried resetting configuration back to defaults?

If that doesn't fix it I'd return it as is sounds faulty given that you have no problem on your other 2xx5/3xx5 camera.
