DS-2CD3410FD Can't make english interface web browser

Hi everybody !
I have an camera ip hikvision model DS-2CD3410FD. And Chinese is language of camera. I want to change language to english or multi-lang but it's can't until now.
I use Hiktool to change language of firmware ( download here: http://u.to/gDMcCw). After successful, i use tftpserv to update firmware but it's stop after complete transmit ( i wait for more than 10 minutes)

I'm use browser to upgrade firmware but it's fail too.

I can only see firmware for your camera on the Hikvision China site, and it looks like it is the same version as you have already:

Have you tried asking the seller for an English version firmware?[/FONT]

Seller tell camera is only Chinese language interface. No way to change . I will ask again about firmware.

I download firmware for 3410 but it's older version. Of course update is not successful. Seller tell me that they haven't english firmware.
Maybe. Noway to change language for this camera
