Hey guys, just added a DS-2CD4132FWD-IZ to the system. This is my first Hikvision cam to utilize PTZ functionality (Zoom only). My problem is that the zoom works from the cams web interface but not from the NVR or my phone with IVMS-4500. When I attempt to it says "operation not supported by device" again the zoom works fine from the cams web interface straight into my network. Any help would be appreciated! -Andy
