This is a video encoder that has had wrong firmware flashed to it (4.20.000). At first the web interface worked with frequent logouts, then it stopped working normally and beeps every minute or so.
TFTP is not successful. The device always sets itself to the previously configred static IP (10.10.10.205) and SADP can see it, but any attempt to change settings times out.
The device has a serial port, but have not been able to commuicate with it. Have tried two USB adapters, and two serial cards.
Have tried different PCs and configurations. Thought some days ago that 192.0.0.64 could be pinged for a brief amount of time before changing to 10.10.10.205 (which responds to pings intermittantly) but have not seen that address on wireshark.

Not sure if directions for encoder identical to other devices. Have also tried other IPs for TFTP such as 192.168.8.128 and 172. range.
