ds-7104hghi-e1 keep rebooting

hello , my dvr ds-7104hghi-e1 keep rebooting and freezing
-upgrade to new firmware same prob
-downgrad same prob
-updating using web interface
-i tried via USB upgrade cant detect it and the dav file
