DS-7104NI-SN - plugin not detected in browsers

Hi,

I'm having an issue getting live feed to display in my browser. After entering 192.168 blah-blah-blah (followed by login and password) I keep seeing the 'Plugin not detected' message. But the problem is that the required plugin is installed

I tried IE, Chrome and Mozilla but the problem is still there

Can anybody help me?

P.S. Firmware version: v3.0.17 Build 150804

Seen this issue but only for Mac and safari (since mac plugin requires a separate download), i would uninstall whatever plugin you have now and try to redownload again...have you try compatibility mode using IE?

Been there done that I even installed a Chrome extension called IETabs which was supposed to solve the issue but it never did.
