DS-7108HGHI-F1 - Goes Offline after few days

Hello Friends,

I am having some issue lately..

I have 2 DVRs.. now i connect them to the network / online...

I accessed them through my mobile using HIK-Connect.. one of the DVR worked for few hours showed Online.. and than can not access it.
The another DVR ran for few days - showed online.. and now Offline.. can not access

When i restart one of the DVR.. than it shows online again.. but the another DVR does not...

Though both DVRS working Locally.. able to see / monitor when in the premises where the camera is installed

Please guide how to fix this Offline/online issue...

Have both NVR's been updated with latest firmware?

If YES and assuming you followed the Hik-Connect setup here, if still having issues then I suggest you set NVR to defaults and reconfig to your specific requirements as before and then follow setup (including Hik-Connect setup) again. Do one NVR first to see how it performs.

If firmware is NOT the latest, I recommend doing that before proceeding further.
