DS-7116HGHI-F1 not work

I have this device, Hikvision DS-7116HGHI-F1. It does not display anything on HDMI + VEGA.
I connected it to the UART and this is what I found. Do you have a solution?

The bootloader is corrupted.
Unlikely to be recoverable without a flash memory re-flash as you'd need the bootloader to recover the bootloader.

Well done for grabbing the flash dump so quickly!
Realistically, I think that getting and writing a flash dump from the exact same model is needed rather than trying to figure out what bits or bytes may have flipped to cause the problem.
Anyone able to contribute one?

Thank you for your continued encouragement I think the problem now is in obtaining the identical dump because I searched a lot on the Internet and did not find anything with the mainboard number.
