Can someone please tell me what the difference is between the below two models? Is one a newer model?

Well, the first one claims the alarm I/O capability and PoE+ (I didn't know the 7604NI had that capability, that should be confirmed) and the second one has neither of these options.
Other than that, it seems to be the same model.
