are you running verion 104? I can only see up to 103. Are you using the "K1" or the "K1 B" NVR?

I wouldn't say "no support" or "high and dry"... the K1 is a lower end series which doesn't have the hardware resources to run the newer V4. Also, there has been updates to V3 since V4 came out, so you can't say they aren't supporting you... and 3.4.103 is perfectly stable from my experience

Hi.

I have this very model but I can't upgrade by any means. I have tried via web from, Chrome, Firefox and even Internet Explorer. I also have tried iVMS-4200. The problem I have is that it stopped recognising my cameras. It just says that the network is unreachable. Before a factory restore the message was "abnormal network".

Any thoughts?
Thanks
