DS-7604NI-S cannot connect DS-2CD2122FWD-I

Previously, I use DS-7604NI-S connect 4 IP Camera (DS-2CD8153F-E). But one of it has broken, I bought it new one is a DS-2CD2122FWD-I. It cannot connect with NVR.






Help me please.

Looks like the NVR is too old to support that camera (NVR firmware goes back to 2011 and the camera is 2016) I would see if you can find new firmware for your NVR or to lower the resolution of your new camera for both main and sub-stream and see if it can connect.

I cannot find new firmware version on this NVR.

I tried change resolution to lowest but it sill cannot connect.

Sorry then that NVR might just be too old...maybe try to find another DS-2CD8153F-E might be your only option.
