Hi All

Does anyone know which option I need from here to select my NVR firmware update, I am struggling to find the correct one for my NVR.

There is only one folder that references K2 in the link you supplied.

And your firmware is already even newer than that on the various download sites, or on the Hikvision product page, such as here :

Are you sure the product label doesn't show a (D) suffix for the model number? There are hardware variants for that model.

What do you hope to achieve with a firmware update?

Just found out this NVR is EOL so no firmware updates coming out.

Wasn't after achieving anything from firmware update, just wanted to make sure my system was up to date.
