So i have 5 Ezviz c6n 2k camera, and 1 Hikvision nvr DS-7608NI-Q1.
I've been able to setup NVR to add all of my ezviz camera with no problem in live view.
And i have already installed 6tb on my NVR, setup the continuous recording, and playback from nvr is no problem.
The problem persist when i already add all of my camera to my Ezviz App, and test the playback feature, it seems that i cannot access the playback from the NVR.
I used the hikvision nvr cause there's no ezviz nvr available on the market, i thought that they were from the same manufactur ?
Can anyone help me with this problem? Cause last time i setup 8 ezviz ipcamera with ezviz nvr, i have no problem, can playback normally on the Apps.
