DS-7616NI-I2 Stream Debug File / RTSP Stream

Set Transfer Protocol to TCP.
It possible connect VIA SSH to inside PSH with restricted shell & try open console log.
Or connect to TTL2USB adapter inside to real console and get log, to see more.
Maybe it help, maybe not.
Try upgrade or downgrade your NVR firmware.
Do something ;)

hah! Trust me man, I am trying.
I tried all the protocols, same result, nothing.

Did you post a link when you said "see more"? If so, it didn't come through.
It doesn't seem firmware related, as I had a LaView NVR before (Hik OEM), and my v3 RTSP didn't work on that NVR either, so it's something with Hik in general.

Here is a log of IPC info from the NVR via SSH. Chan 10 is the IPC in question.

Maybe it has something to do with eth1 and routing, hrmmmm. I know the Wyze cams have to talk back to Amazon, so it could be network related.

Photo =/= Log ;)
In some version posible set debug level...
outputOpen

Duh, photo != log, though pasting help, the text wouldn't have been aligned, hah!

debug looks like I need a key.

# debug

Password:
Incorrect Password. 4 Times Left
#

outputOpen looks to be just like dmesg, nothing about the IPC streams.

Put log here.
dmesg is system log, but you need log from app

A lot to paste, so I attached the outputOpen log.

This is where I started the IPC cam from the web UI live view. I don't see anything else from that log. The live view didn't timeout, it just shows a blank image.

appweb mprCloneSocket
the chan not support ptz operate.

Yes it's adapter & need special jack for connect to nvr. If nvr had rs232 then it would be easier, but your nvr don't have it.
All it need to get more information.
Of course 1st you need test some firmware for your nvrm and thentry all other.
Error message say about problerm but need context...

Any progress on this? I have exactly the same issue. I can view the RTSP stream through anything except the NVR and it shows online, but otherwise gets stuck while trying to view.

Unfortunately, no. This doesn't seem like an issue that can be identified with the limited tools I have to troubleshoot (lack of being able to analyze capture logs, lack of full SSH commands, no adapter that iTuneDVR recommended). If you have any other ideas, we can try to combine efforts.

In the meantime, I am using docker to create RTSP streams on my v3s that seem to work fine via my Hik NVR. They have a bit of a delay, which is not ideal, but they work until using the Wyze RTSP firmware issue can be resolved.

Via adapter you can only get more info. No more.
Try upgrade or downgrade nvr firmware.
