hello
i tryed to update my nvr to new frimware and again cant go in it wrote in bullshit *
i want to restart it butt i dont know the right frimware i always get a resend req

any help?

the nvr is
model: ds-7616ni-k2
serial no: c06102654

tryed via ttl to the board not gone well like my last nvr, and nothing works' thnx on help

If you share a transcript of the serial console activity there might be some detail that we could help with.

i always get a resend req

Using the tftp update of the serial console?
That means the block of data has failed an integrity check and would be re-transmitted. A network quality issue.

i dont know the right frimware

This should work OK for the K2 series - provided you are not trying to downgrade, which would be blocked :

On my DS-7608NI-K2 8P it has been running OK for some time on firmware V3.4.112 build 200604. I don't see a need to risk upgrading the firmware.

I did buy a DS-7616NI-K2 16P a while back, it's a spare now because I'm sticking with the 8 cameras I installed. Whether in future I play around installing V4 firmware on this NVR remains to be seen.
