Have a USA version of the DS-7716 Hikvision and LTS cameras. My one camera the LTS CMIP 9142W was upgraded today to the latest firmware and it is now BLURRY. Cant get it focused. The reason why I upgraded that camera and all other firmware cameras and NVR is because my email notifications werent working. So after a few hours of speaking with Hikvision (BTW terrible tech support) am stuck with a blurry camera and still no email notifications. Yes, My Android phone works to view inside my network and even outside but no email snaps always says "failed to send check parameters etc". Any help would be appreciated.
