DS 7716NI-SP Quick help!

Hi everyone, I have a question. Does the DS-7716NI-SP have hik connect mobile cabability. If so, how do you connect it to it without having the access section with a qr code or cloud p2p. I think it may be too old from when cloud p2p came out, but I am just verifying for a customer. Thank you!
 
very slow..sometime don't connect...i have the same one. if you have a older firmware...you need to update it. but anyway...p2p must the time disconnect.
 
Ok. Thank you for your reaoonse. So even when updating the firmware will it still run very slow? The cameras were originally put in about 5 years ago.
