Hi,
can you please help me with connect Hikvision camera DS-I221 to iVS-4200 software?
I can connect directly to camera by web browser, admin and password (which I changed) without any issue. But when I try to add this device in iVS-4200 I still getting error that username or password is incorrect (HCNetSDK.dll[1]), but I´m sure that login and password is correct as I can use same credentials to connect to camera by web browser. I´m doing this on local network, internal IP of camera is 192.168.0.80 and I use default port 8000.
Camera firmware version is: V5.4.3 build 170313
Camera web plugin firmware is: V4.0.1 build 160324
iVS-4200 version is: V2.7.1.9 (vuild 20180604).
Or is there another option how to record camera to file on local server?
Also this camera DS-I221 should have option "two-way audio" but I can´t figure out how to use it and didn´t find any manual for this function. Can someone try this?
