DS-KB8112 doesn’t work on the app

Good morning guys,

I just bought this doorbell. I connected it to the PoE NVR Switch where I have other standard CCTVs from Hikvision. I can see a video broadcast from the doorbell as well as I can initiate an audio call from my cell phone (Hik connect app) to the doorbell.

What does not work is making calls from the doorbell to the app. It just says “Calling failed” and that’s it. I spent several hours searching for solution, but can’t find nothing.

Hello dadoman9: dis you ever find out how to get rit of "Calling failed" ? I have the same problem. Thanks in advance, Dirk
