Use the built-in Hik-Connect APP
Every time I change to HD quality The video quality with lags after a few seconds the screen automatically returns to basic.
As if it is difficult for the screen to carry HD quality.
Is it not possible to see a picture in HD?

What you can do is, add those cameras/NVR also via local ip to hik-connect , then use that connection on monitor to view cameras.

A local camera can be added in the mobile application, but the screen inside the application does not have this option

If you add it via mobile, can you pull that resource on tablet? if not, please also consider updating firmware to the latest. With new firmware you will also have newer hik connect apk preinstalled on station
