seems, they now uploaded the speakerfix to the portal too:

allthough , not sure if the speaker fix included in 2.2.76 , is also present in 2.2.80

I restored all settings on the 9510 and it succesfully upgraded to 2.1.80

How did you do it now?

IVMS 4200 remote configuration page in device management for the 9510, system maintenance page clicked "Restore All". Rebooted then tried installing the 2.1.80 firmware and it worked.

Yeah, I did that too..

After the restore all, did configure the wizard again, to give it a static IP? Of did you use the 192.0.0.x address that's default setup on the device?

Did you also receive same crash as me?

changed it back to the static IP I was using before. no crashes
