I have a Hikvision intercom DS-KV8102-IM we are playing with - it can be seen by sadp and can have it's ip changed or port changed using sadp - but we cannot access configuration using IVMS - we get the error
ip address mismatches. in batch tool and an sdk dll error 55 in ivms.
Anyone any ideas?
Can't upgrade or change firmware - so looking for a hard reset / serial option etc?
