DS-KV8113-WME1 - calling failed

Hello y`all,

My current setup is:

Villa door bell
DS-KV8113-WME1 (b)
FW: V2.2.53 build 220816

Indoor station:
DS-KH9510-WTE1
FW: V2.1.28 build 210803

After a firmware upgrade for Outdoor villa doorbel (1 button) the unit doesnt ring - "calling failed"
Live view is just fine - i can unlock the door from Hikconnect App or from Indoor station - but no call

Indoor unit is configured tu use villa door bell - but I cannot add the indoor unit to the Villa door bell.

Please help.

I have an ds-kd8003 as outdoor station, i added manually with ivms my indoor 9510 to, and it registered fine

I try di manually add the indoor statiin, but as you can see in attach the device management is nowhere to be found. I think the outdoor villa door bell is faulty. Since this morning cannot acces the live view, but the unlock ability is working

maybe you can reset your indoor device to factory defaults, and then on the first setup wizard you can activate your outdoor station again?
