DS Status Window issue

Recently, the DS status window stopped working

I have the status window open and then double click on a flagged alert and the alert video plays but the DS status window doesn't show anything.

It worked fine a few versions ago. I checked all cameras have 'save analysis details' checked

I'm on 5.5.4.5

Everything was fine IIRC two versions ago

Anyone else?

Did something move I need to activate?

Same here, but dragging a .dat file from the alerts folder and dropping it onto the status window works for me.

For me as well, but I don't think this is the designed or expected behavior.

Roll back to the working version. Takes 30 seconds.

Don't assume, you should report your issue. More that report, the more likely it gets fixed.

Yes, but double clicking on the clip when the DS Analysis window is open is also by design. It's not a huge deal, but I wanted to see if anyone else was experiencing the feature not working correctly.

From info in another post I've managed to get the DeepStack status window to launch and load when playing back an alert.
1) Click on the alert to select it.
2) Hold down Ctrl and then double-click the alert

Not working for me on 5.5.4.5 and 5.5.3.7. Does anyone know the last version when it worked ?
Alerts directory switched to cdrom drive somehow no idea how
