That's an incomplete model number.
Assuming it's a DS-7616NI-E2

I found this link here but every time I try to click it says forbidden
That works OK for me, downloads dz_k41_ml_std_v3.4.96_171128.zip

I also found 2 on the euro site but not sure if they would work
These should work, but it's not the latest.
Check out the 3.4.106 version :

OK, so the linked firmware on Post #2 should work.
Hmm... but maybe not if the NVR is actually the Swann model you referenced here :
After some research, I determined that the NVR-7095 most likely matched the hardware of the ds-7616NI-E2 unit. I downloaded DS76xxNI-E1(E2)P_USA_Firmware_v3.4.92_170518 (for record, I was running the most up to date firmware released for the NVR16-7095), copied the file to a flash drive and used the NVR to flash the upgrade.
edit
While the Swann firmware might not object to applying the Hikvision firmware, the new Hikvision firmware might object to being applied to Swann hardware, which will have an embedded OEM code identifying it as such.

sorry the swann model is NVR-16 7095
OK, so not actually a DS-7616NI-E2
That's likely to explain why the running firmware treated the Hikvision firmware being applied as incompatible after checking the OEM code.

As a long shot - you could try applying the newer Hikvision firmware via the Hikvision tftp updater tool.
There are fewer validations via that route, but a positive outcome isn't guaranteed.
