Hey there!
So I ended up buying the dahua technology pro series 4 channel DVR.
It came today and I hooked it all up and it's all working great, even the HDD I installed from the old DVR is working properly!
EXCEPT - I am having 1 issue.
The pictures attached of the grey wire is the wire that was used to output video from my old DVR box to a 2nd monitor I have in a seperate location roughly 50ft away.
The problem is, this grey video output wire does not fit in to the red hole labeled #1 on the new DVR which is supposed to be the video output hole according to manual.
I was wondering if there is an adapter of any sort that would fix this issue, and allow the grey wire to work with the red hole, so I don't need to buy and re-run a whole new wire thats around 50 ft in tight spaces .... a lot of work saved if I can find an adapter - easy fix!!!
I'm pretty sure the grey cable, is a BNC cable but not sure what type of cable the red hole takes....... Is it an RCA?
So BNC to RCA adapter, or am I wrong?
Thanks so much.
